Sound Transit holds public hearing on surplus declaration for Seattle property

The agency is seeking public comment on a proposal to sell one parcel totaling approximately 9,456 square feet of developable land in Seattle. 

The parcel is located at 901 Howell Street, Seattle, WA 98101. The proposed use of the land is for the expansion of the Washington State Convention Center by the Washington State Convention Center Public Facilities District. Transactions are contingent on ongoing discussions and future approvals by the Sound Transit Board and Washington State Convention Center Public Facilities District.
