Sound Transit monthly maintenance program in effect May 26-28

Buses replace 1 Line trains between Federal Way and Angle Lake stations during late night hours this Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Buses will replace 1 Line trains between Federal Way and Angle Lake during late night hours on May 26, 27 and 28 to accommodate planned monthly maintenance work. Passengers should plan ahead and expect around 30 minutes of increased travel time.

During the work, 1 Line trains will continue operating between Lynnwood and Angle Lake. There are no additional impacts on 2 Line service, but 2 Line trains will continue turning back at Northgate Station starting around 8 p.m. to support Pinehurst Station construction. 

The last southbound train serving all stations will depart from Lynnwood at 9:03 p.m., serving Angle Lake at 10:15 p.m.  

The last northbound train to Lynnwood serving all stations will depart from Federal Way at 10:08 p.m. serving Angle Lake at 10:22 p.m. 

All trips between Federal Way and Angle Lake after those trains will be served by Link shuttle buses, which will make all intermediate stops. Passengers may also consider the King County Metro RapidRide A Line. 

Weekend Reminder:

On Saturday, May 30 and Sunday, May 31 shuttle buses replace 1 Line trains from Capitol Hill to Stadium and 2 Line trains from South Bellevue to International District/Chinatown. Plan ahead and expect significant increases in travel time.
