Upcoming work on Link light rail

Sound Transit will be altering service to accommodate necessary work impacting Link light rail next week and later in October. Buses will replace trains during limited periods as crews work to enhance system resiliency and improve service.  

Overnight Monthly Maintenance (Oct. 6-8) 

Buses replace 1- and 2-Line trains during late night hours (11 p.m. - 4 a.m.) between Westlake and Northgate for monthly maintenance. 

Crosslake Connection (Oct. 17-18) 

Buses replace 2 Line trains between International District/Chinatown and South Bellevue all day Saturday, Oct. 17, and Sunday Oct. 18 for planned maintenance on the overhead power system in the Mercer Island tunnel.  

Riders can sign up to receive automatic email service alerts for Link light rail, ST Express bus routes, the T Line, and the Sounder N Line and S Line.
