Night-time Closures: Monday, Aug. 20th to Wednesday, Aug. 22nd closure of NE 103rd Street between 1st Avenue NE and 3rd Avenue NE

Starting Monday, Aug. 20 to Wednesday, Aug. 22 Northeast 103rd Street will be closed nightly while Sound Transit’s contractor conducts utility installation for the new parking garage. 

• Access to Northgate Mall and Northgate Transit Center will be maintained. 

Work hours

• Monday night, Aug. 20 – Wednesday night, Aug. 22
• 8 p.m. – 4:30 a.m. 

Traffic impacts
Closure of NE 103rd Street east of the 1st Avenue NE intersection to west of 3rd Avenue NE intersection (see map). 1st Avenue NE will remain open in both directions.

Excavators, rollers, light plants, front end loaders, dump trucks, demolition saw, etc.
