Night-time Work: Friday Sept. 28 to Saturday, Sept. 29 closure of NE 103rd Street between 1st Avenue NE and 3rd Avenue NE

On Friday night, Sept. 28th, to Saturday afternoon, Sept. 29th, a portion of NE 103rd Street will be closed while Sound Transit’s contractor places concrete for the station’s escalators and stairways. 

Work hours

• Begins: Friday, September 28th, 8 p.m.
• Ends: Saturday, September 29th, 3 p.m. 

Traffic impacts
Closure of NE 103rd Street east of the 1st Avenue NE intersection to west of 3rd Avenue NE intersection (see map). 1st Avenue NE will remain open in both directions. 
Access to Northgate Mall and Northgate Transit Center will be maintained. 

Construction equipment
Cranes, concrete pumps, concrete trucks, vibrators, forklifts, and man lifts.
