Nighttime closure of NE 103rd street between 1st Avenue NE and 3rd Avenue NE – August 1 and August 2

Starting on Wednesday night, August 1 at 8:00 PM, and ending on Friday morning, August 3 at 5:00 AM, NE 103rd Street will be closed overnight between 1st Avenue NE and 3rd Avenue NE (see map) in order for Sound Transit’s contractor to perform trench work for the duct bank for the new signal and street light at the intersection.
Access to Northgate Transit Center and Northgate Mall will be maintained.

Wednesday, August 1, 8:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m. Thursday, August 2
Thursday, August 2, 8:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m. Friday, August 3
- Traffic Impacts: Closure of NE 103rd Street east of the 1st Avenue NE intersection to the west of 3rd Avenue NE (see map). 1st Avenue NE will remain open in both directions.
- Construction equipment: concrete cutter, excavators, dump truck, light plants, compaction tools, etc.
