Restoration of Brooklyn Ave NE between NE 45th and NE 43rd Street

As early as Wednesday, April 1, Sound Transit’s contractor will begin restoration of Brooklyn Ave NE between NE 45th and NE 43rd Street (see map). Within the work limits, the contractor will demolish and restore the sidewalks, curbs and roadway. There will be sidewalk closures and detours in place to maintain pedestrian access.

- Restoration of the street, sidewalks and ADA ramps.
When
- Wednesday, April 1 – Monday, April 20. Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

- Brooklyn Ave NE between NE 45th and NE 43rd Street (see map).
More
- ADA access will be located across the street (see map).
- Flaggers will be used only for truck traffic.
- Equipment used: Breakers, compactors, bulldozers and excavators
- Seattle Police Department (SPD) will be present once work gets closer to NE 45th Street.
