Beginning as early as Monday, September 30 and lasting through the end of October 2019, Sound Transit contractor crews will close the westbound lane on Northeast Spring Boulevard between 136th Place Northeast and 137th Place Northeast. This closure is necessary to install utilities, complete systems duct banks, and roadway build-out.
