Sound Transit is committed to providing the best possible rider experience. Central to this mission is listening to our customers. To make this easier, we are launching Sounding Board, an online customer experience improvement community, where you, as a valued Sound Transit customer, can help us identify ways to improve the system, better inform our customers, and shape the future of Sound Transit as we continue to expand the system and add new services.
Sounding Board members will be asked to participate in different online research activities to share their thoughts on what will make riding Sound Transit more dependable, available, safe, and clean, and how to get customers the information they need, when they need it.
Join the Sounding Board an online customer experience improvement community by completing a short survey on your typical use of Sound Transit—i.e., what service you typically ride, how frequently you typically ride, etc.—your attitudes toward current levels of service, and your vision for the future.
As a community member, you will receive points for completed surveys and activities, which can eventually be redeemed for a gift card.
