Link Shuttle Buses are replacing the 1 Line at Downtown Seattle Transit Tunnel stations on multiple weekends during January and February.

For several weekends in January and February, 1 Line service will be interrupted at some of the Downtown Seattle Transit Tunnel stations to allow for the completion of tie-in work that will connect the 1 Line and 2 Lines as well as work to repair overhead power at the UW Station. Link Shuttle Buses will provide service between stations during these service interruptions.

Feb. 1-2: Shuttle buses will replace 1 Line service between U District and Capitol Hill stations, running every 10-15 minutes. Trains will operate between Lynnwood–U District every 12 minutes and Capitol Hill–Angle Lake every 15 minutes.
Feb. 14-16: Beginning 10 p.m. on Feb. 14, shuttle buses will replace 1 Line service between Capitol Hill and SODO stations, running every 10-15 minutes. Trains will operate between Lynnwood–Capitol Hill and SODO–Angle Lake every 15 minutes. Trains will share one track at Shoreline South/148th Station.

From January 4th through February 27th construction activity is occurring near the Shoreline South Station nightly from 5:30 p.m. until the end of service causing delays in train arrival times.

Routes: 1 Line
Construction work is occurring at the NE 130th St Infill Station requiring trains to operate on a single track through Shoreline South 148th station for the duration of construction. This will occur every evening from 5:30 p.m. until the end of light rail service Monday through Friday, as well as all day on Saturday and Sunday. During weekend work, trains will arrive about every 12 to 15 minutes as opposed to every 10.
Please pay attention to station announcements and signage at Shoreline South 148th Station to determine where to board trains.
