SeaTac/Airport Station
Plan ahead for taking transit this Saturday through downtown amid Sound Transit's planned Link disruption and during the Seattle Women's March.

On Jan. 18, bus shuttles through the downtown corridor will experience additional delays due to necessary reroutes for the Seattle Women's March, and the 1 Line shuttle stop location at Capitol Hill station will be temporarily relocated.
From 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Capitol Hill on Saturday:
- to Angle Lake: E John St & Broadway
- to Lynnwood: E John St & 10th Ave E
We advise passengers traveling through downtown Seattle to, if possible, find alternate routes or travel outside of the affected hours. If you are going to the airport from north of SODO and can avoid the 1 Line, please take other transportation options. Otherwise, please try to board at SODO or Beacon Hill stations.
Regular 1 Line service continues from Lynnwood to Capitol Hill and SODO to Angle Lake with trains running ever 15 minutes. Link Shuttle buses between Capitol Hill and SODO will be running every 10 to 15 minutes.
Please pay attention to in-station announcements, signage, train and bus destination signs to make sure you board the correct train or shuttle bus. Passengers who need assistance identifying the correct train, bus or navigating the station can request help from Sound Transit personnel at the stations or by calling or texting Security at (206) 398-5268.

Link Shuttle Buses will replace the 1 Line at Downtown Seattle Transit Tunnel stations on multiple weekends during January and February.

Jan. 10-12: Complete
Jan. 17-19: Beginning 10 p.m. on Jan. 17, shuttle buses will replace 1 Line service between Capitol Hill and SODO stations, running every 10-15 minutes. Trains will operate between Lynnwood–Capitol Hill and SODO–Angle Lake every 15 minutes.
Feb. 1-2: Shuttle buses will replace 1 Line service between U District and Capitol Hill stations, running every 10-15 minutes. Trains will operate between Lynnwood–U District every 12 minutes and Capitol Hill–Angle Lake every 15 minutes.
Feb. 14-16: Beginning 10 p.m. on Feb. 14, shuttle buses will replace 1 Line service between Capitol Hill and SODO stations, running every 10-15 minutes. Trains will operate between Lynnwood–Capitol Hill and SODO–Angle Lake every 15 minutes. Trains will share one track at Shoreline South/148th Station.
SeaTac Airport Station elevator construction beginning January 2025
In effect: Jan. 8, 3:00 a.m.
Routes: 1 Line
During times where pedestrian walkways are blocked and elevator access are unavailable, passengers may catch the Rapid Ride A Line bus from SeaTac Airport station to Tukwila International Boulevard station in order to use the 1 Line.
The pedestrian walkway from the station to the airport will be unaffected and available throughout the duration of this project.
Additional information about changes in elevator accessibility will be provided as it comes available.
Beginning January 4th through February 27th construction activity will occur near the Shoreline South Station nightly from 5:30 p.m. until the end of service causing slight delays in train arrival times.
