About these projects 

Multiple developers and partners took part in creating a transit-oriented community around the Capitol Hill Link light rail station. Together, these projects bring affordable housing, community space, services, and retail to the heart of the neighborhood.  

Station House
Station House, the first building opened as part of the Capitol Hill Station development, was developed by Community Roots Housing. The project includes 110 affordable homes serving households earning 30-60% of area median income.  

Connections on Broadway
Connections on Broadway includes three buildings adjacent to the station entrances. The overall project, which includes Ander North, Ander South, and Park, includes 428 homes. In addition to housing, the plaza between these buildings is used by the Capitol Hill Farmer’s Market and includes several community-led art installations.
