Night closures on I-5 for Federal Way Link construction

Closures along southbound I-5 in SeaTac over three weeks

Crews working on the Federal Way Link Extension will be closing lanes on southbound I-5 from milepost 150.8 to milepost 149.8 in SeaTac to set concrete barriers and build an access road for future light rail construction. The nighttime closures will take place on June 9 – 11, June 17 & 18 and June 22 & 23

Tuesday June 9 through Thursday June 11, crews will close the two right lanes of southbound I-5 from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.  On Wednesday June 17 and Thursday June 18 crews will close one right lane of southbound I-5 from 8 p.m. to 10 a.m. On Monday June 22 and Tuesday June 23 crews will again close two lanes of southbound 1-5 from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. 

All project construction work is done under stringent COVID-19 health and safety guidelines.
