Nighttime rolling slowdowns on I-5 at Northeast Northgate Way

Intermittent rolling slowdowns in both directions are scheduled on I-5 at Northeast Northgate Way from 11:59 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 26, to 4 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 27. Crews working for Sound Transit will remove an existing transmission line that spans I-5.

This work is necessary ahead of the construction of the Northgate Station and elevated guideway an electrical line running along First Ave NE needs to be moved to the west side of I-5.
