Reduce lanes on Interstate-5 Southbound, and on-ramp closure at Northeast 145th Street

Beginning, May 27th, Sound Transit will reduce lanes on I-5 South. Crews will close two right lanes on Southbound I-5 from NE 145th Street to NE 130th Street. The on-ramp to Southbound I-5 will be closed at Northeast 145th Street.
What
- There will be lane closures on Interstate-5 Southbound for night work.
- These on-ramp & lane closures will happen during night work only.
- There will be no closures during the day.
- Night work will feature underground utility work.
- Drivers should expect traffic delays due to the upcoming lane closures.
When
- Wednesday, May 27th, to Saturday, May 30th.
- There will be no closures on Friday, May 29th.
- Work hours will be from 11:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Where
- Southbound I-5 at NE 145th to NE 130th Street.
- Two right lanes will be closed on Southbound I-5 from NE 145th to NE 130th Street
- Southbound I-5 on-ramp at NE 145th Street will be closed.
