Sidewalk closure on portion of NE 66th Street behind Dwell Condominiums

Starting as early as Monday, July 29th, Sound Transit’s contractor will be demolishing, grading, and restoring a portion of the sidewalk along the construction site on NE 66th Street.
When
Sidewalk will be closed from Monday, July 29th, 7:00 a.m. to approximately Wednesday, July 31st, 3:00 p.m. Work hours will be limited to regular day-time working hours.
Where
Work will be performed on the NE 66th Street sidewalk between Roosevelt Way NE and 12th Ave NE. There will be no pedestrian access through eastside gate behind Dwell Condominiums (see map).

- Garage access to Dwell Condominiums will be maintained.
- Equipment used: Excavator, backhoe, concrete breakers, and concrete trucks.
