Overview
The Federal Way Downtown Station offers bus and rail service to serve the surrounding area. Located in the city center, the elevated station features an additional 400-space garage near the existing parking garage, allowing for more vehicles. Also, a new street grid will improve access to the station, providing opportunities for future development.
By design, the station supports easy transfers between Link, King County Metro, and Pierce Transit buses via the newly opened bus loop adjacent to the future station.
The Federal Way Downtown Station bus loop includes bike parking, restrooms, and security.
