Sound Transit to hold virtual public hearing on proposal to transfer tax parcels at no cost to City of Seattle for development of affordable housing

Sound Transit will hold a virtual public hearing on Thursday, February 4, starting at 9 a.m. to allow public comment on the proposal to transfer tax parcels for development of 10 sites in the Rainier Valley at no cost to the City of Seattle for the development of affordable housing, with a focus on affordable homeownership opportunities.

In order to comment at the virtual public hearing, you will need to sign up in advance. The sign up window will be open from 8 a.m. on the day of the hearing until five minutes before the hearing's scheduled start time. Sign up requires your name and email address. Commenters will be called on by name in the order they signed up.
