The Island Crest Way westbound I-90 HOV on-ramp will be closed Tuesday, Nov. 19 – Thursday, Nov. 21 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m., and the Island Crest Way eastbound I-90 HOV off-ramp will be closed Wednesday, Nov. 20 – Thursday, Nov. 21 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Crews will be pouring concrete for curbs and sidewalks at Mercer Island Station.
