The Island Crest Way westbound I-90 HOV on-ramp and the eastbound I-90 HOV off-ramp are scheduled to be closed Wednesday, Feb. 19 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Crews will be landscaping near Mercer Island Station. Due to the weather-sensitive nature of this work, dates and times are subject to change.
