Initial assessment results are coming!

Publish Date

In May, the Sound Transit Board of Directors identified preferred alternatives and other alternatives to study in the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). The Board also directed staff to conduct initial assessments on additional route and station options that were suggested during the scoping period, to establish whether further study in the Draft EIS is appropriate.

We have been assessing the additional route and station options over the summer and plan to share the evaluation results with you and the Sound Transit System Expansion Committee in mid-September. Stay tuned for information on how to review the results and share your input. We are targeting October for Sound Transit Board review and potential action.
