Preferred Alternative video animation

A video simulation of the Lynnwood Link Extension's preferred alignment identified by the Sound Transit Board provides an animated view of the route and stations based on current designs. It is an approximation of what the light rail extension might look like once it is built, but is not intended to show every detail and will change as design progresses. The preferred alternative was identified from a number of options evaluated in the project's Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and it enables project staff to focus on advancing designs and refining analysis of environmental impacts and mitigation. The final decision on the route and stations is expected in 2015 after the Final EIS is published, all alternatives in the Draft EIS are under consideration until then.
