To ensure the safe passage of pedestrians, Sound Transit is closing the Veterans Memorial Park Trail access point to the Mountlake Terrace Transit Center on November 9, 2019. The Transit Center surface parking lot will be closed on October 19 and after November 9, safe pathways through the parking lot will not be possible, due to construction of the Mountlake Terrace Light Rail Station. The trail will remain open, but access to the transit center will blocked off.
