Link light rail service is expanding to Kent Des Moines, Star Lake, and Federal Way. See how to park, pay, ride, and get ready for the big day.

Use an ORCA card to pay for your ride. It’s the most affordable way to transfer between trains and buses. Adult fares are $3. Youth ride free.

Buy an ORCA card or ticket at a station. Fare Ambassadors check fares, show your ORCA card or ticket when asked.

Reduced fares are available. Find out if you qualify.

With three new stations at Kent Des Moines, Star Lake, and Federal Way Downtown, the 1 Line will soon connect riders from Lynnwood to Federal Way.

Service will run every 8–15 minutes, 5 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week.
