Extending the T Line by 2.4 miles and adding seven new stations to the alignment will change the way Tacoma moves!

From Old City Hall to Medical mile, the T Line’s new capacity is sure to open connections and opportunities like Tacoma hasn’t seen before.

Moving Tacoma’s minds

One of the new stations opening with the expansion is Stadium District Station.

The surrounding neighborhood is home to an eclectic mix of amazing local businesses, residential complexes and Stadium High School, which made Evergreen State College and the University of Puget Sound excellent partners for the opening event.

Evergreen State College is known for its innovative, interdisciplinary approach to learning, and its Tacoma campus continues this tradition.

Evergreen goes beyond majors and minors so students have the freedom to pursue their passions unrestricted and the flexibility to adapt their studies as their interests evolve.

Narrative evaluations written by faculty take the place of traditional grades, giving students a real sense of what they’ve accomplished and the journey they’re on.

The campus is located just a short walk away from the 6th Ave station, so taking the T Line to class is now possible!
