Board meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of each month from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. Additional meetings take place as needed.
The public can attend meetings in person in the Ruth Fisher Board Room located at 401 South Jackson Street or virtually via WebEx. To attend the meeting virtually, visit the Board of Directors event calendar and click on the Board or Committee meeting name for details to join.
Following the meeting, the WebEx video will be uploaded to the Livestream archive.
The Board accepts in person, virtual, and written public comment on items on the meeting's agenda. Individuals who would like to provide in person public comment can sign up before the meeting outside of the board room. Instructions about how to provide public comment at a meeting can be found here.
