113 parking spaces across five floors of the parking garage at Federal Way Downtown Station will be blocked off for restriping work all day on Tuesday, August 26 and Wednesday, August 27.
In effect: Aug. 26-28

113 parking spaces across five floors of the parking garage at Federal Way Downtown Station will be blocked off all day Tuesday, August 26 and Wednesday, August 27, to complete restriping work in preparation for the opening of the full Federal Way Link Extension project. Affected spaces will be marked by construction cones.
This work will happen in phases, with three floors affected daily:
8/26: Floors 1, 3 and 5 (35 parking stalls affected)
8/27: Floors 2, 3 and 4 (78 parking stalls affected)

Monday, Aug. 25 to Friday, Aug 29, entrances to the Federal Way Downtown Station Parking Garage will be disrupted daily from 8 PM to 6 AM due to road work. Sound Transit will close the garage's two entrances in phases. See below for closure details.

- When the 23rd Ave S entrance is closed, please use the entrance to the garage at 21st Ave S.
- When the 21st Ave S entrance is closed, please use the entrance to the parking garage at 23rd Ave S.

Starting Monday, May 5, construction inside Federal Way parking garage will necessitate closing the six ADA parking stalls on the first level for approximately four months.
In effect: May 5 - Sep. 5
Routes: 574, 577, 578 & 586
ADA parking will still be available within the garage on levels 2 through 5. On levels 2-4, there are five ADA parking stalls on each level, and three ADA parking stalls on level 5.
An additional 20 ADA parking stalls, including four van-accessible stalls, are in the new surface lot at the south end of the bus loop near the corner of S 320th St and 22nd Ave S. Drivers can access this lot from 22nd Ave S between S 319th St and S 320th St. This lot also contains ADA paratransit and general pick-up/drop-off locations.
