Night closures on I-405 in Bellevue on Sept. 24- 27

Overnight drivers should be aware of upcoming closures on Interstate 405 in downtown Bellevue. Beginning on Monday, Sept. 24, Sound Transit's contractor will set forms on the horizontal structures in preparation for concrete pours over the highway. Work is scheduled to occur on Sept. 24-27.

Monday

From 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., crews will close the southbound I-405 HOV lane from Northeast 10th Street to Main Street.

The southbound Northeast 6th Street on-ramp to I-405 HOV will be closed from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Crews will also close the southbound off-ramp to Northeast 4th Street (Exit 13A) from 10 p.m. until 5 a.m.

Tuesday

The northbound I-405 off-ramp and the southbound on-ramp to and from Northeast 6th Street will be closed from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. while work is occurring.

The northbound I-405 HOV and one left lane will be closed from Main Street to Northeast 10th Street starting 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Wednesday and Thursday

The northbound I-405 off-ramp to Northeast 8th Street (Exit 13B) and the northbound on-ramp to Northeast 4th Street will be closed from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.

During the closures, drivers should follow the signed detour.
